Once or Twice Weekly Options
Research shows that once-weekly training yields nearly the same results as twice-weekly sessions. However, beginning with twice-weekly sessions can offer several advantages: it helps you master the movements, builds consistency, and allows for quick recovery if you need to reschedule. We recommend allowing at least one day between sessions for optimal recovery.
Personalized for Optimal Results
Though workouts generally take under 20 minutes, we allot 45 minutes for each session to review progress, discuss adjustments, and factor in your diet, sleep, and stress levels—all crucial elements in sustainable fitness. As you grow stronger, we’ll continually tailor the frequency and intensity of your sessions to ensure continued progress
