What is the objective of exercise?

Real vs. Assumed Objective of Exercise

The link below is to a newsletter that went out to my clients on July 13, 2020.  Full credit for concepts therein are given to Ken Hutchins, author of the Superslow Exercise Manual and Renaissance exercise.

Sadly, Ken’s revolutionary concepts, while having the potential to prevent countless injuries, improve exercise results dramatically and save many hours of wasted effort remain largely unknown to this day.

My hope is that these ideas will one day be widespread, but I recognize that there is so much information out there, even taught routinely in the halls of major learning institutions as well as on the playing fields of professional athletes, that it is a huge uphill battle.

Still, it is a fight worth fighting simply because it is the right thing to do.  As I have stated in articles proper strength training is the closing thing we have to a fountain of youth.

I hope you enjoy the article.
